Oracle Fusion ERP is a configurable Product which can be configured in numerous ways by Customers based on their business Requirement. Some configurations can be a risk or potential risk. We analyse hundreds of such configurations risks, and this gets multiplied with number of Business Units, ledgers and Legal Entities defined in your system. Configuration Risk can be as a result of the wrong configuration selected at the time of implementation or it might by updated by Support Team after a Go-Live. We recommend running Configuration Risk Assessment on set frequency to identify any such risk creeps into your system. Configuration Risk Assessment Provides Summary report and detailed Report. Summary report is available as freeware and if you are interested in further analysing risks identified in your system you can go for more advanced Licensed version of the product.

Imagine your organisation running Oracle Fusion Environment with an incorrect configuration. This would surely put your system, Process, Internal Controls and Data at risk. Using CRA will enable you to be on top of such situations. You can assess the risks and accordingly make Amendments.

This tool can be used by Internal Audits, System Accountants, System Auditors, Oracle Fusion Support Managers, and similar profiled personals.

The tool analyses hundreds of configuration risks for each business unit, ledger and Legal entities defined within your system. The risks are currently evaluated for Receivables, Projects, Procurement, Assets, Inventory, Cash Management, General Ledger, and Payables. We will be adding more areas in the coming future.

As of now, our tool is the only tool in the market that can assess potential risks, and this allows your organisation to be proactive by identifying the risks in advance and resolve them. We strongly recommend that you use the tool at a predefined frequency such as Monthly, quarterly or yearly. You can decide on the frequency based on your Organisation size and number of consultants involve in updating configuration.

Few examples of the Checks performed are:

  1. It is allowed that Receivable transactions can be edited once Printed.
  2. It is allowed that Journals Imported from Subledgers can be modified in General Ledger.
  3. Manual Release of Payables hold is allowed by mass population of users.
  4. Import of Cost is allowed in Projects for Close Periods
