GoBD Audit Report is feature in Fusion App developed by Samkit Infosystems. GoBD feature of Samkit Fusion App is an IDEA connector to Oracle Fusion Cloud (Certified by Audicon) to fulfil German regulation and audit requirements.
This feature of Fusion App enables an extraction of the required information for the digital audit from the Oracle Fusion Cloud in accordance with the principles of proper management and retention of books, records, and records in electronic form and data access (GoBD), which are valid in Germany.
GoBD are the principles for properly maintaining, keeping and storing books, records and documents in electronic form and for data access, as provided by the German tax authorities. The GoBD regulates the access of auditors and the scope of the guidelines. Generally, GoBD affects taxpayers with income from profit as well as all entrepreneurs who make their profit determination based on a revenue-surplus bill. In the event of an infringement of these requirements, appropriate fines may be set, and implementation of the specified measures could be ordered by the authorities.
As of 01.01.2017, the new requirements have replaced the former GDPdU (principles for data access and verifiability of digital documents) and the GoBS (principles of lawful computer-aided accounting systems).
Therefore, it is a mandatory requirement by the german tax authorities. The Samkit Fusion App is able to pull data and share reports from the Oracle ERP Cloud using webservices. It is a ready to plug-in app with no additional configuration required and has a simple user interface.
The Samkit Extractor Cloud is able to extract data which is correct both technically and in content too, it can easily be set-up on a client PC. This ensures total security of data, as the data is extracted and stored at the client end, avoiding any security breach.
All journals are extracted from the general ledger, enriched with subledger information in a GoBD-compliant format (CSV).

The data can be imported directly into the data analysis software GoBD IDEA App of our partner Audicon and provided to German Federal Ministry of Finance.

This compliance ensures proper maintaining and storing of tax-related electronic data, which is requested by the external audit teams.
